Hi all! I just wanted to make sure I let everyone know that I just added "Dancing Nancies" today. This is my personal favorite. It also is a painting that I had not planned on doing until someone suggested it. I got to thinking about it and HAD to do it. I had actually been planning on doing a mirror. Anyway, it is so helpful when people suggest things. My little polls also let me know what people are thinking. One thing I always strive for is that my art will stand independently of the music. A good painting even if you don't know the music. A better painting if you do!
I also wanted to let everyone know that I am working on "#41", "Warehouse", "Steady As We Go"(those love songs are the hardest!), "Crush" and "Halloween". I'd also love to do "A Christmas Song". Additionally, someone wrote to me suggesting "The Last Stop" which would be great! I never know which one will be finished first...But please, stay tuned! I really appreciate your interest. I love what I do and it wouldn't be nearly as much fun all by myself. "Who is that woman?" "Oh, some lunatic who sits alone in her studio painting pictures based on Dave Matthews music!" Ooh, a little scary...
