Thank you, thank you to all of you! I have never known a group of such seriously good people in my life. Each of you that has taken time to write me a story or send me a picture – you are the best! The stories touch my heart so much and I know when you read them, they will touch yours, too. Special thanks to Tawny for all her hard work in Vegas this past weekend. (I’m not sure that is “real” work but then, what I do isn’t “real” work either!) BTW, for any of you in Vegas, the genius behind those jack o’lantern punch balls was my very brilliant son, Ben!
So, the book is going so well! I’m taking my time trying to make good decisions about something I know nothing about (ie. the world of publishing!) Please send any stories of photos to dmbstories@yahoo.com. I especially need love/passion stories and photos as well as “American Baby” stories and pictures. Also, if you’ve been following my myspace Photo Contests, this week is “High Times”. (C’mon you know there are some good photo ops there!) Next week will be “Dreamgirl” so if you have a picture of any beautiful girl in a DMB tee or carrying a sign or with a tattoo…any age, any kind of girl…or group of girls…I’ll even go so far as to say – any species! Send them in! Please help me to make this the best book on DMB and their fans! This book is going to be published. Be a part of it. Deadline is April 30th.
Also, new today – Series Four DMB Trading Cards. A series of six. “Dodo”, “#41”, “Louisiana Bayou”, “My Yellow Flame She Dances”, “Grey Blue Eyes”, and “Crush”. They come packaged in a small black leather book.
